Installing the DVD-Rom to your system hard drive...

To install the complete DVD-rom on your hard drive you need 60-90 minutes when you are not using the computer. Follow these two simple steps...
1. Create a folder named: CosmicEggDVDrom in your C directory.
2. Select all the files and folders in the route drive on the disc and either drag them to the CosmicEggDVDrom folder, or use the 'copy to' function to copy the files to the CosmicEggDVDrom folder.

The location of your run.html should then be...
file:///C:/CosmicEggDVDrom/run.html

How to run when installed...
1. locate file:///C:/CosmicEggDVDrom/run.html in your file explorer, and 
a. launch run.html - double-click with a mouse or select/enter, or
b. make a desktop shortcut - right-click on run.html and select: Send to > Desktop (create shortcut), then launch from the desktop shortcut
or
2. paste file:///C:/CosmicEggDVDrom/run.html into your browser address bar and run/enter, and
a. add it to your browser shortcuts bar, or
b. add it to your favourites
You will now have a handy direct link in your browser

The rom will not work without an associated html browser
Popular html browsers = Firefox, Chrome, Explorer, Edge, or similar
There is also a free "Geen browser" in the help folder.

To verify that you have installed the complete rom, (with your mouse) right click on the CosmicEggDVDrom folder and a pop-up box should appear. Click on Properties. Your system will then locate all the files and should come up with the total...
Size: 1.56 GB (1,683,342,359 bytes) or similar
Size on disk: ignore this total (it varies)
Contains: 40,894 Files, 2,603 Folders

Installing may also add a desktop.ini file, resulting in a total of 40,895 Files.
