The Interstellar Cementmixers are Steve "Dump" Martin and Rich Collins, playing a variety of analogue and digital synthesizers, guitar, effects and voice, recording at their Foaming Lung Studio in Nottingham, UK.

After compiling "Dimension Z", I commented to band member Dump that I thought there was easily enough material for another release. Sometime later he came back to me with a suggested track list, of which one track was deemed unusable to some fault in the recording, so I suggested the big opus "Code 42", and so we have another excellent - probably darker and more twisted - release from the ever surprising Nottingham duo, venturing way beyond Berlin school to a whole new universe of experimentation.
