review...
Culled from four sessions that were at first Dave Powell
guesting with Endgame, but it became something quite different, with the
Endgame way of working being thrown out of the window, and in its place a
distinct/unique Faust/NWW/ethnic melding of styles. In fact there's a lot of
Krautrock in this - check out the tongue-in-cheek titled "Can Anybody
See The Fish? (Poing!)" - it's a sizzler, and there's some big Kosmische
stuff too, but it never really sits within any genre! The mammoth start to
what has become an extraordinary trip, which also led to the formation of
Triax (Extremities without Jim Tetlow).
