improvisation recorded at Waltham-on-the-Wolds (12 June 1999), with

Mixed by Jim Tetlow at Tachyon Studio (24 March 2002).
Jim Tetlow: Roland Sound Canvas, gliss guitar, tapes,
radio, voice, sound collage.
Jane Hodgson: echo guitar, singing bowl, kalimba, violin,

Steve Bell: echo guitar, voice, singing bowl.
Following his departure from Shapeshifter, Jim
Tetlow formed an ongoing occasional project called Hemamorphite,
who play a meditational music involving synthesizers, Tibetan singing bowls,
guitars and voice. This album fits in perfectly as the step between later
instrumental Shapeshifter and early Endgame. The long
awaited debut "Awaiting Lewin" is a paradoxically powerful meditative
album riding the edge between serenity and psychedelic distress! The music is
often calming but there is an omnipresent sense of unease.
CD-R - released 2002.
Hosted on Bandcamp by Jim Tetlow.
